A short, candid note
What those numbers mean — and what they don't.
A case study is a marketing document until you read the methodology behind it. Here is ours, in full.
On follower counts
"11.3× growth" is the average multiplier across all clients between month 1 and month 6 of an active engagement. We do not count bot or duplicate accounts. We do count the followers a buyer would actually recognise: a logistics director for our freight-forwarder founder, an NHS commissioner for our healthtech founder. We call these relevant followers and we publish the share of relevant followers per case on request.
On the UPV score
Every engagement begins with a UPV — Unique Positioning Vector — audit. It scores your current profile from 0 to 100 on how unrepeatable your positioning is. Anything below 34 is, by our internal measurement, indistinguishable from the median founder in your category. Our average client enters at 28 and leaves at 71. The Diagnostic gives you your starting number.
On the No Hunch guarantee
Every claim we write into a client profile is verified against at least three independent sources before it ships: a published artifact, a customer quote, or a recorded client interview. "Built the first X" must come with the citation. We have walked away from engagements rather than ship an unverifiable claim. We will do it again.
On what we will not promise
We brand the founder. We do not promise revenue outcomes for the company, follower counts inside arbitrary windows outside our published case studies, or "category leadership" as a defined outcome. If a prospect is selling you on those, they are selling something else.
