We pull up your last 30 days of public presence — LinkedIn, podcast appearances, guest posts, anything with your name on it — and read it back to you like a booker would, not like a fan.
A short, directed interview to surface the operator backstory that never makes it onto a website — the part your buyers actually want to hear, once you've stopped editing it for LinkedIn.
We score you on our UPV scale — a 0–100 read of how unrepeatable your current narrative is, benchmarked against the 480+ founders we've sat with since 2019.
Not taglines. Two concrete narrative angles — different shapes, different buyers — drafted live, in your tone, so you can feel the difference between them rather than guess at it.
The first quarter of what a real engagement would sound like — three to five recurring formats, an editorial spine, and the buyer conversations each one unlocks.

It's the same price as roughly four hours with a senior brand strategist at any comparable studio in London or New York. You're paying for the room before the engagement, not for a sales pitch after it — and you walk away with a written one-pager whether we work together again or not.
We schedule around your board cycle, not ours. Mornings in your timezone, evenings in ours. If you genuinely can't find 90 contiguous minutes, we split it across two sessions in the same week — same price, same output, no degradation. We've done this for three Series A CEOs and one founder in the middle of an acquisition.
Then you get the full €690 back inside five business days, the written one-pager is yours to keep, and we suggest two or three studios we think would actually serve you — by name, with context. We have done this 41 times since 2019. It is not a marketing tactic.
Same-day reversal to the original card. We don't ask you to fill out a form, write a paragraph, or sit on a retention call. The fit-check verdict is final and the money moves the same business day — Stripe receipt included.
The Diagnostic is a paid read of whether we're the right room for you. A full engagement — typically 4.7 months on average, with 82% of clients extending into a retainer — only begins after both sides have agreed the fit is real. The Diagnostic is the front door, not the front door plus the hallway.
Nothing leaves the room without your written say-so. The pre-work form, the recording, and the one-pager live in a closed drive accessible to the two strategists on your session and Mariana or Daniel. We do not mine them for case studies, podcast episodes, or content — even anonymised. If you want a quote in a case study later, you approve the exact wording first.
